LOLLIPOT, 2024
WoodMetalPlastic (Live Project) at Kingston School of Art
LOLLIPOT is a fun repurpose of old ice lolly moulds, inspired by the webshop WoodMetalPlastic.
Josh used to make ice lollies with these moulds as a child during the summer, however, as he grew older, he stopped using them, and they were left abandoned at the back of his family's kitchen cupboard.
Josh felt it was important to preserve these childhood memories and continue the sense of creativity into adulthood. Using a simple piece of plasma cut aluminium, he has transformed these ice lolly moulds into a pen pot stand, perfect for designers like or any office job, providing instant access to your favourite pens and pencils.
Colours inspired by the NESTLE Fab you have the option of Bubble Gum Blue, Raspberry Red and Lemon Yellow beside your desk.
