Joshua Pinches (b. London, 2003) is a Designer studying for a Product & Furniture Design BA degree at Kingston School of Art.

 

Ever since Josh transformed his broken bed frame into furniture, he has been determined to become a part of the design industry. As he begins his career, Josh remains open-minded about the design world, but he is particularly interested in how we can have a better emotional connection through circular design and waste, re-defining materials and objects. His ultimate goal is to reduce material waste throughout the product life cycle, making up-cycling accessible to all and create future works that celebrate family and community. Josh's most recent works feature the use of laminated plywood off-cuts and readymades.
